The crane pipe of the bottom loading and unloading truck, as the name suggests, is that the loading and unloading port of the tank truck is located at the tail or the lower part of the tank truck. The commonly used bottom loading and unloading crane pipe models are as follows:
AL2503 is a common structural form of the bottom loading arm.
Usually flanges or quick couplings are used to connect with the tanker, and the sealing effect is good.
Applicable occasions: bottom-closed loading and unloading truck
Applicable medium: refined oil, chemical medium, etc.
Nominal diameter:
Material: Determined according to media and customer requirements. Such as carbon steel, stainless steel, fluorine lining, etc.
Design temperature: Determined according to the medium, use conditions and selected materials.
AL2543 is a special loading arm, which is mainly used for loading and unloading media that are easy to vaporize under normal temperature and pressure, such as LPG, liquid ammonia, LNG, liquefied gas, etc. It is usually connected to the tanker with flanges or quick connectors, and the sealing effect is good.
Applicable occasions: bottom-closed loading and unloading truck
Applicable medium: easily gasified medium under normal temperature and pressure
Nominal diameter: DN50~DN80 (liquid phase), DN25~DN50 (gas phase)
Material: Determined according to media and customer requirements. Such as carbon steel, stainless steel, fluorine lining, etc.
Design temperature: Determined according to the medium, use conditions and selected materials.
AL2404 dry-break bottom loading and unloading arm
The dry-break bottom loading and unloading is composed of loading arms, quick dry-breaking joints, etc., and is especially suitable for loading and unloading tank trucks with oil and gas recovery devices. The dry break joint used in this product adopts international advanced technology. Comply with API RP1004 standard of American Petroleum Institute and relevant national standards.
This product is easy to operate, excellent in sealing performance, and its working range meets the requirements of API envelope range.
More than six sets of crane pipes can be installed in the same loading station, which can meet the needs of simultaneous installation of multiple media. Each set of crane tubes can be operated independently without mutual interference.
This product can be matched with a quantitative control system and an oil and gas recovery system to complete the automatic monitoring of the loading process and achieve the goal of environmental protection.
There are two basic types of products: hard tube type and hose type, which can meet the different needs of customers.
Applicable occasions: "zero leakage" bottom-closed loading and unloading truck.
Applicable medium: oil, chemicals
Nominal diameter:
Material: main line-carbon steel, dry break joint-aluminum alloy steel, hose-composite hose or metal hose.
Design temperature: Determined according to the medium, use conditions and selected materials.
Liquid loading arm (crane tube)
The liquid loading and unloading arm is also called the fluid loading and unloading arm, because it resembles a crane, it is commonly called a crane tube.
It is composed of rotating joint, inner arm, outer arm, vertical pipe, balancer, control system and other components. It is mainly used for loading and unloading equipment of liquid medium in tank trucks and tank ships.
Rotary joint
Composed of rotating parts and sealing parts, it is mainly used to connect different components of the liquid loading and unloading arm for relative rotation and load-bearing parts.
Inner arm
The part used to connect the conveying pipe and the outer arm.
Outer arm
It can be rotated in the horizontal and vertical planes, and is mainly used to adjust the working position of the arm and the tanker or the tanker.
Balancer
It can be rotated in the horizontal and vertical planes, and is mainly used to adjust the working position of the arm and the tanker or the tanker.
Working envelope range
It can contain the space volume of all positions reached by the tank mouth or header.
