The loading crane pipe on the train is an important fluid conveying equipment in the petrochemical industry today, and it can also be used as a train liquid loading and unloading arm. It is mainly used to transport various fuel, lubricating oil, edible oil, crude oil, heavy oil and other media between the pipeline system and the railway tank car.

The train loading and unloading arm requires sufficient length and moving space to ensure that the train can meet the requirements of seamless docking and immersion loading and unloading.

It is mainly composed of pipeline, rotary joint, spring or counterweight balance system, flange, steam cone or sealing cover, liquid level sensor, vacuum circuit breaker, drop tube deflector, quick joint, dry joint, emergency disconnect joint, etc.

Equipped with loading platform, folding ladder and safety cage, overload grounding alarm, batch controller, etc., make the rail car loading arm a complete train crane loading system.

According to customers' products, models and requirements, manual, pneumatic, hydraulic and other working methods can be used.
